Mea Williams is a real estate professional with active investment experience since 2010. Her expertise spans residential and commercial real estate. As a licensed realtor, she guided clients in purchasing residential and small portfolio income-producing properties.

In 2013, Mea and her husband Karl launched KMW Properties, which acquired and revitalized distressed assets in underserved communities. These home restoration projects served many first-time home buyers who could now participate in the American Dream.

In 2018, the commercial leg of the real estate investment firm was born. As a licensed builder, Mea acquired vacant land and developed lots for new construction homes. Mea and Karl built residences in private beach communities in Annapolis, Maryland, and the District of Columbia Metro. Within these various roles, Mea has experience in land procurement and acquisition, project management, construction management with local government official coordination, commercial and residential financing, appraisal analysis and contract generation, negotiations, and execution. ​

Mea moved from single-family to multifamily investing to scale her real estate portfolio and founded Multifamily Group Investments, a private equity firm specializing in multifamily value-add projects in emerging markets.

In Mea's free time, she loves gardening, traveling, and spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.
